"Read Like the Wind"
Families of all ages and sizes are invited to join the Bremen Public Library's Annual February Family Reading Program. "Read Like the Wind" is the theme of this year's free, noncompetitive reading program.

During February participants read a book about the theme - wind, windmills, electricity, irrigation, inventions, green energy, Africa, engineering, etc. It may be fiction or non-fiction. The "One Book/One Town/Marshall County" title, The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind by William Kamkwamba, available in both adult and childrens versions, are applicable books. All members of the family can participate. Reading time may be together or family members may complete the reading time individually.
A family program is offered each Tuesday evening in February. The programs are in the library's meeting room from 6:30 - 7:30 P.M. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Register the whole family at the first program or by contacting the children's room.
