Bremen, IN 46506

All designs become property of the Bremen Public Library upon submission. Artists agree to allow the Library to use their design for whatever purposes they choose in written, printed, online, and all other formats. Entries will not be returned to contestants.

Designs will be on display in the Bremen Public Library throughout the month of December. The winning design will be announced in January 2007. The announcement will be submitted to the Bremen Enquirer, the Plymouth Pilot, the South Bend Tribune, and will be posted on the Library's website at www.bremen.lib.in.us.

The Library reserves the right not to use the winning design as the Library's logo, and to use any submission, or part thereof, in various fashions. Designs may be altered, or combined, for use by the Library.

The Library Board of Trustees and Director have agreed to be the judges for this contest. They will meet to discuss and choose the winners in January. The Library may solicit votes from patrons via paper ballots at the Library and by an electronic form on the Library Web site for a 'People's Choice' award. The winner of the People's Choice award will be given $25 cash and an honorary certificate. People's Choice votes will be presented to the Library Board of Trustees, but they will not be bound by that award and the Board will select each of the top three monetary prize winners.
