You Can (Hair) Do It!

Sometimes doing your children’s hair can be a tough task. Parents and guardians are welcome to bring their child to BPL to learn a handful of simple and easy hairstyles led by Miss Annabelle. Each participant will also receive a small gift bag full of hair goodies.
