The Night Owls Book Club first met in October 2010. It was started by community members who wanted an evening meeting time. The Night Owls meet on the second Monday of each month from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the cozy Upper Level Meeting Room. Their slogan is "What a Hoot!"

Get moving! Songs and dance followed by a cool-down stretch. Designed for toddlers and preschoolers. Adult must attend with child.

Looking for a midday pick-me-up? Experienced or beginner players are welcome to join the BPL Mah Jongg Club. Novices will be taught how to play and all equipment is provided.

For kids in Kindergarten-5th Grade. Come learn basic kitchen skills and help build healthy eating habits. Second Tuesday of the month, no registration required.

Step into a world where magic meets the heart with Ever After Dark, our fantasy and romance book club. We meet on the second Tuesday of each month from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. to explore stories filled with passion, adventure, and enchantment. Interactive story time for little ones, ages 0-5, and their adult. No registration required.

Teens in grades 6–12 are invited to hang out with us every Wednesday from 4:00–5:00 PM in the Young Adult Department!Come for games, activities, and a chill space to connect with friends—no registration needed, just drop in and join the fun! 

 Preschool Story Time will encourage the development of early literacy skills in children ages 3-5 who are ready to attend independently. Regular attendance is expected as skills build from week to week. Registration is required, click the link to register: Preschool Storytime.

Patrons ages 55 and older are invited to a relaxing time of coffee and conversation in the small meeting room, and/or the patio. Light refreshments, trivia, magazines and playing cards will be available for those who want a little added excitement.
